The Forest Park Country Hotel & Inn, Brockenhurst

"Quality of the food is excellent. However, the menu needs to be broader."

We always enjoy coming to the Forest Park Hotel for dinner. The staff are always exceptional. The food has also greatly improved over the last year.

I would say that the evening menu used to be much larger and had more choices. For instance, some of the items on the lunchtime menu used to be on the evening menu, such as the Cobb salad. These items should be re-added to the evening menu to make it a more wholesome selection.
