"Anniversary break"

Very saddened by many things this time the warmth of the hotel from the staff.Requested a room at the front of the hotel and got back room was not to my standard breakfast on the second day cold and staff was not accommodating.ask for soft eggs get rock hard service of tables and how the staff approach this situation .The standards have changed since joining the coaching inn group standards of uniform has gone down hill.
