"First class - but"

First class hotel but could be better for wheelchair users. Staff extremely helpful but bathroom doors sholt not open inwards -risk of trapping a disabled person who falls in the bathroom. . Sprung doors make entry and exit of room difficult in wheelchair. Toilets very low - ‘Comfort’ height units would be better.
