"Lovely hotel and staff"

It is a super hotel, very comfortable and the staff are lovely. The food was nice, but I wouldn’t say it was great. We definitely did not like the way the service charge was added but when we complained, it was quickly rectified. The beds were so comfortable, the best I have ever had in a hotel (and we do travel frequently)
