"Conway getaway "

On the whole the hotel experience was positive , however what stopped it from being a 5 star rating was the dining experience.
Firstly the table for the restaurant had been made a reservation 3 days before arrival but looked and felt like a table just put up against a wall with two not so comfortable chairs .
Once seated the service was quite slow and after ordering wine it was fully 30 mins before it arrived.
The menu was adequate without being exceptional, food ordered was good however the dessert in form of a Lemon Meringue was to be honest awful , and in fact looked like it could have come from the freezer up the road in the local Spar shop , devoid of any taste and looked flat and uninspiring.
In all a disappointment, there was a mirror on the wall which hadn't been cleaned just in general the whole dining experience was a let down which was a sha.e as the rest of the hotel was a reall nice surprise .
