"Not at all what it used to be "

Wine was dumped on the table, glasses were also dumped. There was no pouring of the wine. Cutlery was plonked on a plate so we had to distribute ourselves. Starters were not as described. Children’s burger was like a dried up small carpet burger. There were elements of the roast dinner which tasted nice but to charge £20 for a meal that clearly wasn’t scratch cooked is just ridiculous. How can you charge service when you don’t actually deliver a service. I’ve had better service in Nando’s. A really disappointing Mother’s Day experience. This used to be a great place to eat but sadly it’s another restaurant in Conwy that’s totally lost its way. Only reviewing because you’ve emailed me and asked for one. So thought I might as well be honest.
