The Castle Hotel, Eatery & Coffee House, Conwy

"Ok rooms but lousy food and service"

We had a dinner in the hotel restaurant. Waiter obviously had problems to take our order (she did not repeat what we ordered) and first we received wrong portions.

Once we got our food it was way too salty to be able to eat (especially butternut vegan). We mentioned this to waiter and she did not do anything.

Same service level and quality of food during afternoon tea.

A bit more professional service by breakfast time personnel, thank you for that.
