The Castle Hotel, Eatery & Coffee House, Conwy

"Pleasant stay in a very good location"

+ Hotel is in an excellent location in Conwy within easy walking distance to town and castle.
Hotel very comfortable staff were all polite and helpful.
Room was very good - clean and comfortable. - new bathroom.
- Windows were single pane sash type badly need replacing. Condensation and mould was not good. Reported to staff who cleaned and made better but should not have been in this state to begin with. Obviously hadn't been cleaned for a while.
