"Disappointing food"

This afternoon tea was a present for my Mums 80th birthday. Initially there were problems with Gluten free and vegan options being mixed in together, but the staff tried to rectify this when it was brought to their attention and they also gave us some vouchers to compensate for the errors, which we appreciated. However It was the limited selection and quality of the sandwich fillings which was really disappointing and scones that were dry and very hard. The staff were attentive and helpful and the drinks were good, but we left feeling disappointed with what we were given to eat.
