"Disappointing 30th birthday "

We had a table of 8 on Saturday and although u appreciate the birthday boys meal was free as per your advertisement.
All of our meals were cold, the staff all bar the lovely Indian lady were very un helpful. The assistant manager didn’t even know how to split the bill.
Most of the staff were underwhelming or dressed and did not look precessional like you would expect from the premier label of the Castle
