"Lovely food, terrible service. "

Ridiculously short staffed. Waiting on staff were lovely and tried their best but due to the sheer amount of customers for the few staff on, we had to ask for anything we wanted (ordering drinks, ordering food, getting the bill, paying the bill). Ridiculous that you add a service charge when service is non existent.
