"Disappointing"

Bar area meal , ordered the butternut squash sticky glazed and rice
Came as a vegetable kebab with aubergine and no sticky glazed , five pieces of vegetables and charged 16 pounds ?!
Bar area was a bit tired and uncomfortable chairs . Toilets are upstairs which could be a challenge
