The Castle Hotel, Eatery & Coffee House, Conwy

"Lovely hotel amazing decor and super nice staff "

We loved our stay at the Castle - we booked in for two nights arriving on Friday - from the reception to the pub staff,the restaurant staff and the night porter everyone was good
.The room,the restaurant, the corridors, every corner' s furniture,picture,lamp and statue is extremely well decorated and the attention to the forniture is outstanding.

The food in the restaurant is great so is the the breakfast.

The only thing that left the hotel down is the cleaningless of the room. Grotty sealing in the bathroom, dusty floor, bed not done properly,mattress cover too small for the mattress, duvee too small for its cover, dusty cushions on bed, headpiece in toobof the bed (amazing piece) but sadly covered in dust.
When the room was refreshed dirty glasses were left on the bed side cabinet,the iron wasn't put in the wardrobe.
bunch of master keys left on the corridors table more than once and staff not on Housekeeping uniform working..
