"Horrible and arrogant "

I made an 8-10pm dinner reservation and wrote in the note our train did not arrive til 9pm. You confirmed via email on June 9th. When we arrived at the restaurant soaking wet we were currently informed the restaurant had closed at 8:00 regardless of our note which was confirmed we weren't even offered a cup of coffee even though there were still patrons in the restaurant
