The Castle Hotel, Eatery & Coffee House, Conwy

"Good, but could be better"

We had a diner at The Castle hotel. We asked for drinks and olives for an easy start. Took more than 15 minutes to get the drinks and no olives. Oh we will bring them mmediately was said, but nothing happens. Than our starters arrived and we cancelled the olives. We had our diner, which was good and than the bill arrived. With the olives on it....! It was solved, but this could be better. Pity. Als something: on out table we saw (I think) at least 5 different persons of the staff! Why?
