"Disappointing service "

Easy to book online. Ordered food but after a 35:minute wait were informed that our order has not been sent through to kitchen, asked what our order was and waitress disappeared without informing us how much longer our wait would be or even offering a complimentary drink whilst we continued to wait. My husband had to go and ask how long and was told as quickly as they could. After another 25 minutes the food finally arrived with apologies and finally an offer of a drink which we were told would not be added to the bill. The food was ok, but not worth the hour long wait! Not one person came to check if everything was ok. Once finished the meal it took a further 15 minutes for the table to be cleared and then another 10 minutes for the bill to be brought to us! The waiter informed us he had taken 20% off the bill and had taken off the service charge. I should think so! Very disappointed in the overall service, definitely not 4 star quality
