The Castle Hotel, Eatery & Coffee House, Conwy

"Not as good as it used to be."

Visited the Castle Hotel at the weekend with family. Had a meal in the restaurant. The menu seemed to be less inspiring than it used to be, and although the food was ok it was not amazing, plus the service was quite slow as it appeared that only a few members of staff were having to undertaken several roles including serving food in the restaurant, operating the front desk and the bar area. Definitely not an experience to the same standards as when we have visited previously and a shame.
