"Service impeccable afternoon tea average"

I would like to say the service was impeccable.
Personally we found the afternoon tea little poor we are not people who complain so I would like to add this as I think could improve afternoon tea
Firstly I put on my booking form plain ham white bread no butter but there was no note of this don’t get me wrong this was soon accommodated but why ask for any requests if the kitchen don’t know.
The filling on the cheese and chutney was way to much compared to the bread ratio ( feedback from my guests)
The scones weren’t homemade unfortunately and the cakes weren’t either .
Given you are in wales maybe a bara brith and some homemade cakes would be nice
Cookies don’t really go with an afternoon tea.
Tea was lovely tea pig perfect
We just thought there is room for improvement considering the price .
The service from the young lady was fantastic top class and she was super knowledgeable and we enjoyed a lovely chat.
Please don’t be offended by our feedback but we feel it is valuable as could improve your afternoon tea bookings
Conwy is very busy and the second day we struggled to find anywhere for coffee and cake etc and you have the space so think it could benefit your beautiful hotel and location.
