"Pretty average afternoon tea "

The Mother's Day afternoon tea was pretty average. The tea took a while to arrive after the sandwiches and cakes.
Sandwiches were very boring cheese & ham and egg& cress and not many of them. The cakes & scones were fine, and staff friendly. No special touches that I have had at other venues when having afternoon tea on a special occasion.
