The George Hotel, Dorchester

"Superb"

I like to stay in old buildings but often this means putting up with a certain amount of dilapidation, places that have seen better days, and in some cases staff too. Not here! This is a large and brilliantly restored coaching inn with superb management and intelligent, well-trained staff from top to bottom. I intend to seek out other hotels in this group- but they can’t all be as good as this.
