"Food not matching up to the glossy makeover"

Service was very good, the waitress was very friendly and efficient. We chose the cheeseburgers which were only average unfortunately with no real flavour and mushy.
On our table we had clean cutlery and napkins but the water glasses had been used and still had some water in them also one of the pint glasses we had was also pretty filthy, quite a basic thing to get right and it was overlooked
