The George Hotel, Dorchester

"Brilliant food, very slow service"

If the management issues can be resolved this would be a great place to eat. We have eaten there at least three times, each one with a different manager. On arrival we were invited to pick a table then left alone for about 10 minutes. We went and collected our menus from a side table but couldn't find a wine list. When the waitress arrived, we needed to call her over and then service improved radically.
