The George Hotel, Dorchester

"Rescued from a potential dining disaster."

A difficult evening for the George, the Internet was down. Don't know if that was why our food order went missing but it did. Once the problem was recognised we received our food within 10 minutes - more than 90 minutes after arrival - and were fully refunded. The staff were brilliant at sorting.
