The Saracens Head Hotel, Pub & Restaurant, Great Dunmow

"Pleasant stay spoiled by thoughtless behaviour "

I was a sole mature cyclist.The hotel made a helpful effort to ensure my comfort and my bikes safety. The downstairs room had bike storage space but was next to the beer garden and car park.The inevitable noise of a warm summer evening was extended into the early hours by a fierce argument between several females who may have been hotel employees. Later several males discussed the incident until 1 30 am.
All this took place outside my open bedroom window! Sleep was impossible.
