The Moorland Country Hotel & Inn, Haytor

"Need more staff, more menu choices"

Restaurant was very busy and totally understaffed for the Sunday evening we were there. Two servers for maybe 40 guests.

This is not a criticism of the serving staff, who were doing their best as always.

Steak frites - my favorite Moorland dish - was not on the menu, maybe because it was Sunday?

Will go back but not on a Sunday evening.
