The Moorland Country Hotel & Inn, Haytor

"Nice setting and staff but meal disappointing "

Came for a meal with partner
Seated right in the middle of the bar and there was a noisy party just near
Had prawn cocktail that want very tasty then the steak which was really tough and no vegetables unless we paid extra
To confirm the service was excellent and my Moorland gin and glass of wine was lovely
Just the meal really for the price wasn’t up to scratch
