"Lunchtime visit"

It was very quiet in the restaurant and we had to find a member of staff to let them know we had arrived . Order taken and food arrived.
Asked for the bill and was advised that there was an optional 10% service charge which I asked to be removed, more because I object to the auto adding of a service charge as it makes it more awkward for people to refuse / decide how much or little to give. This is not the US!
