"Food excellent, service needs improvement"

Afternoon tea. Food presentation and quality was excellent, the quantity was also good. The speed and attentiveness of the service left a lot to be desired, we were continuously looking for staff to refresh the tea and scones that were part of the agreed menu. We would go back again but would hope that the service would have improved.
