"Evening meal"

Booked a table for a meal for 7pm on 10/03/2024. We checked the menu on the website the day before and decided we were both going to have the Sunday roast beef dinner at £17.95 each. On arrival we were presented with a mothers day menu at £32.95 for 2 courses. We both ordered the sunday roast beef dinner which when the bill came we were charged £32.95 for plus drinks. We contested this and to be fair they did adjust the bill back to the £17.95 price. A number of other people contested this or walked out of the restaurant when given the mothers day menu. This should be clearly advised at the time of booking that a monthers day menu applied. Had it we would have found somewhere else to go. Aside from this food was ok, nothing special, the roast potatoes were undercooked.
