I actually rang to make a booking the night prior (to be disappointed by the response of rudeness and to be told there was absolutely no way I would get a booking now for the Easter weekend and the phone was put down) weirdly I’d already submitted an online request for reservation and very early the next morning this was accepted by Tracy who was more than helpful with my request. When we arrived it was clear they had capacity so I’m unclear as to why I was told there was no capacity
