"Wonderful service, ambience and food. Booking a table could have been easier."

I phoned twice with no connection to a person. Emailed the hotel itself and the online booking system but wanted it for lunch the next day so abit awkward not knowing until the morning of the day we were planning to go. Did get a confirmation from both areas by the next morning. Once there it is lovely. We were in the dining room, the service was perfect, the menu interesting and the food lovely. Would recommend but please either improve phone answering or the online system of booking a table so I would have known it was OK when I booked it.
