The Feathers Hotel, Eatery and Coffee House, Helmsley

"Felt unwanted "

We had booked for a nice Sunday evening meal in the restaurant. We We actually seated in the bar/reception area. We asked if it was possible to be moved to the main restaurant area. The duty 'manager' was very kurt to the point of being rude that we were in the restaurant, and we should have specified where we wanted to sit when booking, difficult on first visit!!
