"Disappointed with hotel"

We booked a trip with my elderly Dad and one of our priorities was parking but when we arrived we were told that the hotel had not had any parking for the last 3 weeks but we were never informed about this important change to the terms we had booked.
We were also very disappointed with our room which was so small that there was no dressing table or drawers so we didn’t have space to put any personal items. There was also no room to put the suitcase without falling over it.
