"Great location and staff"

Traditional coaching inn in the centre of Helmsley. Friendly, efficient staff. Comfortable Classic double bedroom. The summer dinner menu has plenty of choice, however during our visit several starters and main courses were sold out. We were on the Walk inn deal which includes £26 per person meal allowance, food was standard bar meals, a bit overpriced if not part of a deal. Free walking maps were a bonus. Overall we enjoyed our visit.
