The Feathers Hotel, Eatery and Coffee House, Helmsley

"Great food. Excellent service."

The food and service on the day were excellent. However, making the reservation was a difficult process. We rang twice and left messages but on both occasions nobody rang back. We eventually managed to make the booking online.
If it wasn't for the difficulties in making the booking it would have been 5 stars.
