"Our order was lost"

When our starters didn't arrived after 40 mins I asked the waiter to enquire abot them - despite him walking past our table some 15 - 20 times, he didn't notice that we were still withoutour starters. The waiter returned after 5 - 10 mins and said our syarters would be a little longer. We had to wait another 40 mins before the starters arrived ! I am diabetic and having to wait an unexpected 11/2 hours for our meal to begin is difficult and uncomfortable for me.
