"Nice, but expensive and something in my food "

The place is lovely and the waitress/waiter were lovely and very attentive.
The food was very nice until I found something in my food, after I had already eaten half of it which made me feel a little sick. I showed the waitress who immediately took it away and someone came back to say they would replace my meal - at this point no apology. A replacement came out and I asked what the object was and was advised it was part of a scourer and then an apology was given, but also advised it’s nothing that could have hurt me - but I found that a bit gross, a dirty scourer left in the veg! I do get the impression, though, this was a rare occasion as the staff seemed a little mortified at the event.
The drinks were very expensive.
Although everything else was really nice it has put me off eating there again.
