"Short staffed?"

We have visited the restaurant side on many occasions- perfect 👌
Visited the dog friendly side,I had reserved my table - when we arrived I was pointed in the direction of where our table was - had to find it myself- luckily it had a reserved sign on to locate it!
No direction from the staff at all, found the menus, we then found out after asking the bar staff that we had to order from the bar, which wasn't a problem
After dining our plates sat on the table for over 15 mins - also after 2 coffees were delivered to the table - I cleared the plates myself
The duty manager really didn't look very happy in her job
