"Disappointed "

One of our party had a dairy intolerance, so vegan food is suitable as it contains no dairy.
Either the chef the waitress or the manager failed to understand this.
They brought a pudding minus the chocolate delice as the waitress said the chef had told her it contained double cream. My sister rightly pointed out that vegan food shouldn’t contain cream .
Instead of apologies the large waiter/manger was very rude to my sister blaming everyone else.
The restaurant manager did apologise to me .
But by then everyone evening had been ruined.
