"Lack of internal communication - Funeral Wake"

We arrived as agreed at 4.00 pm on the 9th August and there was no one to welcome us, the screen and projector we had asked for were not out and we had to ask for the scones to be brought out though ere told they had expected us earlier - not correct. No one was around to check and ask that all was in order and to check that we had sufficient hot water etc which had to be asked for. We were told later by one of our guests that what appeared to be cream in small saucepan like containers was in fact margarine. The bill when we paid was initially given the wrong address, which was known to you and we had to ask for an amended bill. Overall a very pleasant venue and relatives who stayed were pleased with their accommodation and meals but the overall care and attention for the Funeral wake was not good.
