Excellent food served promptly and by staff who seem to show a desire to please. Reception staff were buoyant and willing. Room was very well equipped and clean. Although this hotel is owned by a chain and follows the corporate line, it has still retained the" family feel ". Due mainly to the attitude of its staff.
