The Admiral Rodney Hotel, Horncastle

"Always a homely feel at The Admiral Rodney."

We have stayed many times over the years. We feel very comfortable to stay again. Breakfast is always nice. The evening meal menu could benefit from an update we think. The fish and chips are great and well recommended. Ask the staff to cook things to your taste and they always oblige because the Chef can't guess your preferences. A few hearty puds with custard would be nice; some nice shepherds pie/thick veg soups after guests have been out in the day. Just our thoughts from our recent stay. The bar is nicely stocked; staff are friendly. Horncastle is lovely and Skegness easy to get to if you want a beach and amusements.
