"Total & Utter Disappointment!"

Initially, our drinks and lunch order were taken and served punctually and in an efficient and friendly manner but this is where the satisfaction ended. Subsequently, we were totally ignored; no member of staff either spoke to us or came anywhere near our table. In frustration, because we now appeared to be invisible and seemingly unable to attract attention, I cleared the dirty plates myself and took them to the bar area. Upon enquiring as to where this dirty crockery should be placed and why any service had not been forthcoming, I was advised that somebody would now come to the table immediately. No staff member arrived to take dessert orders, etc, despite other waitresses passing our table. After waiting for perhaps a further ten to fifteen minutes a complaint was made at the till. A feeble, somewhat ineffectual apology was offered and we paid and left, having first requested that any discretionary service charge be removed from the bill because service had ceased to exist. Your restaurant could certainly not be recommended under any circumstances! None of us could fathom why we had warranted such excommunication and exclusion. In Eurovision terms, NUL POINTS!
