"Excellent food...BUT"

Excellent food and friendly staff at event, BUT ..badly let down when , on two occasions in recent months to organise group Lunch bookings, contact is very difficult. Phones not answered and late confirmation of booking . A prior visit to the hotel when we met Donna showed how hospitality should be managed, but not on duty every day ?
