"All four of us have been here regularly and today we were disappointed "

The service was bad today, our drinks arrived with the top still on the red wine & no offer to undo it. We eventually had our order taken. When it arrived the food was hot, tasty & very nice but we had to ask to have our table cleared ( which caused a large sigh) and only two of the four was cleared until we asked again!! The bill arrived as soon as we asked for it but no one offered to bring the card machine to us or told us to go to the bar. So by then we were not happy so took off the service charge & paid at the bar. Nobody seemed interested yesterday.
