The Feathers Hotel, Ledbury

"Reasonable food, poor service"

The food was perfectly adequate, the service was poor. We planned on having pudding, but after waiting and waiting for our main course plates to be cleared we found we wouldn’t have time. Tables around us had some diners served while others on the same table were waiting at least another ten minutes to receive their food. There appeared to be no-one overseeing things or directing staff (there were plenty of staff, they were just ineffective).
