"Easter disappointment"

Booked a month in advance online for a birthday lunch. Selected a 1.30pm slot for restaurant dining but on arrival were shown into the bar area to eat. This isn't what we booked or wanted. The supervisor on duty finally managed to get us seated in the restaurant 45 mins later but it soured the whole visit. When the food finally arrived, it wasn't as good as previous Sunday lunches and just piled on the disappointment of the visit. We won't be booking again anytime soon.
