"Customer service lacking but food was good"

On the website afternoon tea is advertised as starting at 2.00. On trying to book for this time I was told afternoon tea was from 3.00. I had difficulty booking for the time I wanted despite explaining this. I mentioned this difficulty to staff and was told this was subject to availability. I would have been happier if staff acknowledged that the website conflicted with their understanding
