The Feathers Hotel, Ledbury

"Great food but we had to be patient"

We regularly visit Ledbury and The Feathers is our place for lunch. We always make a reservation. This time our order took well over 40 Minutes to arrive. The reason was a large group of guests ( about 18) who must have ordered just before us. When eventually our dishes appeared there was no apology for the long wait which would have been appreciated by us.
