The Feathers Hotel, Ledbury

"Disappointed "

Been going to the Feathers for the last 3 years for celebrations, this is where I met my now husband (married saturday). Was met with a frosty manager he was rolling her eyes at a member of staff. Had started (different to husbands), both had the same main, 5 mins in of eating I felt unwell and had to go to the bathroom. Left my main which was taken away, not asked if everything was ok, when husband finished was asked by male waiter was all ok and we just said I had been unwell, he went to speak with the manager who came across very defensive (we didn’t say anything) and said “well you’ve both eaten the same and he’s ok, takes 20 minutes to get to the stomach!”. I couldn’t believe it, she’d just ruined our first meal out as hun and and wife and has now tarnished our memories of the feathers hotel.
